The loader bucket is a component that is in direct contact with the outside working medium and is subjected to complex and variable loads.The performance of the bucket determines the overall performance of the loader.In response to the call for national energy conservation and emission reduction,research on energy-saving and emission reduction of loaders has also received widespread attention.From the design process,the bucket design of the bucket is the “design front end” of the loader design.The reasonable design of the bucket shape is beneficial to reduce the insertion resistance and improve the production capacity and work efficiency of the whole machine.In contrast,the traditional design method of the bucket is limited by the bottleneck that the working resistance is difficult to obtain.In the early stage,the understanding and understanding of the bucket structure parameters on the loader shovel efficiency is not deep enough,and the design focus is more on the bucket reliable.In terms of sex,the design goal of shovel efficiency is ignored.In this paper,the loader bucket is taken as the research object,and the influence analysis of the loader bucket structure parameters on its shovel performance is carried out.Starting with the study of the acquisition of operational resistance,the relevant verification was carried out through experiments,which broke through the bottleneck of the main parameters of the bucket design.Mathematical description and analysis of the obtained work resistance,to explore the impact of the structural parameters of the bucket on the shovel performance of the working resistance.Taking the four parameters such as the bucket angle as the research goal,the sensitivity analysis of the influence of structural parameters on the working resistance is carried out,and the influence law of each parameter on the working resistance and loading weight is discussed.Taking the shovel loading efficiency as the starting point,this paper carried out the optimization analysis of the structural parameters of the 5 ton bucket.The specific research conclusions are as follows:1.Using multi-body dynamics and loose-body mechanics method to study and analyze the insertion resistance of loader bucket,design related experiments to carry out the test of bucket insertion resistance.The comparison between theoretical and experimental research shows that the accuracy of the insertion resistance is obtained.Can be controlled within 10%,basically meet the practical application of the project.2.Through the analysis of the working resistance,the structural parameters of the bucket have a significant impact on the working resistance of the bucket.3.Through the study of the four parameters such as the bucket angle,the sensitivity analysis of the influence of the structural parameters on the working resistance shows that the bucket angle and the side edge inclination of the bucket have a significant influence on the working resistance of the bucket.When the bucket angle gradually increases in its variable range,the working resistance first decreases slightly and then rises slightly;the loading weight increases as the bucket angle increases.In addition,the working resistance has a significant downward trend with the increase of the bottom arc ratio;the loading weight increases with the increase of the bottom arc ratio.4.The optimization analysis of the structural parameters of the 5 ton bucket carried out with the shovel efficiency as the starting point shows that the best bucket type of the 5 ton bucket is 41° for the bucket angle,1.8 for the bottom arc ratio,and 60 for the side edge inclination,the height factor of the baffle is 0.35.
