The planning and construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines involves national development strategies and national economy.BSS is a professional pipe manufacturing company under the PetroChina Group,which supplies a large number of high-quality submerged arc welded steel pipes for construction units such as PetroChina.Affected by the national planning regulation,especially after the establishment of the National Pipeline Network Company,most of CNPC pipeline construction and operation functions will be stripped away,and BSS internal supply market share will be greatly reduced accordingly.For development needs,BSS companies should adjust their marketing strategies,increase the development of external markets,and increase the supply share of external markets.This article takes BSS as the research object.First,the company business development in the past ten years is analyzed and s statistical analysis of various market orders are conducted,and solutions to the problems of large internal market fluctuations and insufficient external market development are proposed.Then,the theoretical knowledge of marketing and development strategy,strategic management and main analysis methods,introducing analysis methods such as PEST,SWOT and Porter five forces are explained.Furthermore,the current development of the internal environment of BSS and the external environment facing the company are analyzed,and master its existing capabilities,resources and restrictions.Finally,based on the development strategy of the BSS company and the current market development status and the needs of expanding the external market,a marketing strategy in line with the development of the BSS company is formulated.Through specific measures in lean management,technology leadership,overall coordination,reform and innovation,and risk management and control,the overall competitiveness of BSS companies will be enhanced to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies.Through the analysis and selection of BSS marketing strategy,and the research on the implementation measures of strategic implementation,it is clear how companies andenterprises with similar management methods should choose marketing strategies and how to survive,adapt and develop in the increasingly fierce market competition.In the research process of this article,the research is focused on the marketing characteristics of BSS companies,but it also has reference and reference significance for similar companies.
