Research On Performance Evaluation System Of Listed Companies In Automobile Manufacturing Industry

In the past 30 years,the automobile manufacturing industry has achieved rapid development and has become an important pillar industry in China.As the leader of automobile manufacturing industry,the performance evaluation of Listed Companies in automobile manufacturing industry is conducive to improving the competitiveness and development of enterprises.However,with the continuous change of economic and social environment,the traditional enterprise performance evaluation system should be improved accordingly.When combing the existing literature,we found that the performance evaluation of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China focuses on financial performance evaluation and internal performance evaluation,ignoring social responsibility and sustainable development.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a more scientific and effective performance evaluation system to comprehensively measure the performance level of Listed Companies in automobile manufacturing industry.On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper combs the research status from three aspects:enterprise performance evaluation method,enterprise performance evaluation index system and automobile manufacturing enterprise performance evaluation.In view of the existing performance evaluation system of Listed Companies in automobile manufacturing industry neglecting social responsibility objectives,incomplete index selection and unreasonable weight setting,this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward optimization ideas,which are mainly reflected in the optimization of evaluation objectives,evaluation index system and evaluation methods.Then,based on the theory of system management,stakeholder theory,symbiosis theory and social responsibility theory,this paper increases the dimensions of business performance,environmental performance and social performance in the traditional financial performance dimension,and selects the final evaluation indicators by combining the expert.
