| With the wide application of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and the continuous development of automatic control theory system,the importance of motor parameter identification algorithm is increasingly prominent,which lays the foundation for the future intelligent development of industrial control system.However,under the influence of magnetic saturation effect,air gap magnetic field change and external temperature,the parameters of PMSM change nonlinearly,which leads to the operation for PMSM in the condition of nonlinear parameters,and the control performance of PMSM decreases.Therefore,it is of great significance for the motor motion control system to realize the optimal control for PMSM which under the actual condition of nonlinear parameters.In this paper,the model reference adaptive algorithm(MRAS)is used to identify the parameters with PMSM under the condition of nonlinear parameters to meet the high-precision control application for this kind of motor.First of all,the classical MRAS algorithm is used to identify and analyze the stator resistance,the inductance of direct axis and quadrature axis,the permanent magnet flux linkage parameters by a 0.4k W,10-pole PMSM.Combined with PMSM vector control technology,the PMSM voltage equations,current equations and parameter adaptive rate of MRAS in d-q coordinate system are derived and designed,and the adaptive identification algorithm model is built in PSIM simulation environment for simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the proposed adaptive rate scheme is effective and can be used to establish the theory,and make the data base for the subsequent research of PMSM nonlinear parameter identification.Secondly,aiming at the identification stability problem of the classical MRAS control algorithm under the condition of PMSM nonlinear parameters,a new PMSM nonlinear current equation is proposed as the algorithm adjustable model.Based on the classical MRAS algorithm,the nonlinear parameter identification mathematical model of PMSM with higher harmonic components of motor parameters is derived and designed,also the PMSM motion control system based on MRAS nonlinear parameter identification algorithm is built,the algorithm is simulated and analyzed by PSIM simulation environment at last.The simulation results show that under the condition of nonlinear parameters of PMSM,the designed algorithm can satisfy the stable identification of PMSM stator resistance,AC-DC axis inductance and rotor permanent magnet flux parameters.Compared with the classic MRAS algorithm,the new algorithm further improves the convergence speed of parameter identification results,dynamic tracking performance and identification quality.The simulation results show the effectiveness of designed algorithm;and provide theoretical support for the subsequent construction of PMSM closed-loop identification hardware environment.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and effectiveness of designed algorithm,the MRAS nonlinear parameter identification algorithm is used to test the PMSM closed-loop identification hardware environment.The hardware experiment platform of closed-loop identification is built based on DSP TMS320F28335,and the nonlinear parameter data of PMSM are measured by load experiment of motor to drag.The experimental results prove the correctness of design scheme for this algorithm. |
