With the increase of grid connected capacity of distributed new energy,energy storage has become an important mean to smooth the output of distributed generation,improve the consumption rate and improve the economic benefits of distribution network.How to improve the economy and reliability of the distribution network by allocating the energy storage power station with reasonable location nodes and capacity has become an important issue.In this paper,a multi-objective location and capacity determination model of distribution network energy storage station is proposed based on the stochastic constrained programming theory,taking into account the economic and reliability objectives.Based on the analysis of the basic mathematical model of the energy storage power station,the cost model and the equivalent life loss model are established.This paper analyzes the construction of reliability index of distribution network,uses the expected short supply index to establish,and analyzes the uncertainty factors in distribution network.Then,based on stochastic chance constrained programming and system uncertainty,the model of location and capacity determination of energy storage station is established.Finally,based on Monte Carlo analysis,the transformation method of chance constrained objective function and constraint condition is proposed as the basis of model solution.Then,the two-stage optimization theory is used to design the solution process of the location and capacity model.In the first stage,binary particle swarm optimization is used,and in the second stage,improved particle swarm optimization is used.The solution process of the location and capacity model of distribution network based on binary particle swarm optimization and improved particle swarm optimization is given.Finally,according to the established model,the ieee33 standard node distribution network system is used to construct the location and capacity calculation example of energy storage power station and solve it.Two scenarios of grid connected mode and off grid mode are designed and solved based on different objective functions.The location and capacity results are compared and analyzed,and the confidence analysis of the model and Pareto frontier analysis of multi-objective planning are carried out.
