Under the background of low-carbon energy system transformation and electric power marketization reform, with the rapid growth of multiple new emerging loads such as electric vehicle loads and data center loads,as well as the intermittent distributed renewable power generations and microgrids accessing to the distribution network, the new business characteristics of distribution network operation supporting the personalized service demand of various distributed resources are increasingly prominent. The business provided by distribution network is changing from traditional and single to new and variety, including distributed renewable energy consumption, energy storage, charging services. So,distribution network planning is also facing severe challenges to adapt to the characteristics of new business services.Especially with the further development of distributed power transaction in distribution network, the new task of distribution network planning is to be more economical and adaptable to the interactive transaction between different generation and consumption characteristics.Firstly, considering the personalized demand of new emerging loads like data center loads, electric vehicle charging loads, distributed generation and microgrids in distribution network,a substation location and sizing planning model based on multiple load distance cost was established.Combined with a real example, the impact of multiple load distance cost planning model on substation planning results and cost investment compared with traditional planning model was analyzed.Secondly, combined with the new situation of the development of "transformer+storage+charging" multi-functional integrated substation in the distribution network, and considering the cost-benefit characteristics of the new business of charging and distributed transaction for new emerging entities in the distribution network,a multi-functional integrated station location and sizing optimization model was established to support the new business of the power grid.Combined with a real example, the economic benefits have been analyzed. Finally, combined with the previous research conclusion that the consideration in distributed transaction supporting has better economy in the integrated station planning,a distributed transaction potential analysis model was established to precisely characterize the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of distributed transactions in the distribution network.Considering the impact of the access planning of emerging agents on the line planning cost and the incremental benefits of distributed transactions,an emerging-agents-oriented distributed transaction model was established.Combined with a real example, the impact of the new agent access planning on the distribution network supporting distributed transaction revenue was discussed. The research results show that the substation optimization planning considering the cost difference of multi load distance of emerging entities is conducive to the optimization and coordination of multi resources such as transformer, storage and charging in the distribution network;the multi-functional integrated station optimization planning with consideration in the support of emerging business is conducive to the integration of distribution network and electric transportation network and the consumption of distributed energy;the optimal planning of the new subject access with consideration in the space-time configuration of distributed transaction cluster is conducive to fully tap the potential of multi resources mutual benefit in the distribution network. To sum up,in the distribution network planning, reasonable integration of new emerging entities and new business form features has distinct economy, which is conducive to the construction of green,low-carbon,clean and efficient power grid.
