Overhead working truck is used to transport personnel and equipment to operate reaches the specified level of a large engineering machinery equipment,its main carrying objects are builders,stability and safety is very important in the process of work,so the implementation of the work high above the car in the vibration suppression of the process of their work,is an important means to improve the stability and safety.As a new algorithm,the bond graph overcomes the algebra problem caused by the differential causality and the nonlinear junction structure,and realizes the computer automatic modeling and simulation.Taking DGS25 Y telescopic arm type overhead working truck as the research object,based on bond graph and mechanical vibration theory,using the combined method of theoretical analysis and simulation research,the overhead working truck coupled multibody system bond graph modeling method,explore the boom,tires,and the relationship between the overhead working truck vibration damping,the affect law of the boom head vibration of further reveal.Firstly,the dynamic model of one-quarter high-altitude operation vehicle was established by using the differential equation method and the bond graph method,and the relationship between the road excitation and the vibration of high-altitude operation vehicle was preliminarily analyzed,so as to solve the vibration acceleration problem of the road excitation vehicle,so as to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the bond graph method.Secondly,based on the bond graph theory and the structural characteristics of the high-altitude vehicle,the rules of the equation of state derived from the bond graph were combined with the equation of state of the high-altitude vehicle,the one-half vehicle bond graph model was established,and the key parameters of the vibration model of the high-altitude vehicle were characterized.On this basis,the time-domainand frequency-domain vibration analysis and orthogonal experiment of the high-altitude vehicle were completed,and the influence laws of amplitude velocity,head load,arm stiffness and tire stiffness on the vibration of the high-altitude vehicle were revealed.Research shows that: the range of speed,load,arm head frame stiffness,tire stiffness in the respective increased by 10%,all the parts of the size of the boom head vibration amplitude variation is: Variable speed > boom head load >boom stiffness > tire stiffness,the results of the study for the structure design and vibration control overhead working truck provide key genericAiming at the high-altitude working vehicle,the research work and achievements made by using the method of bond graph provide a theoretical basis for the control and technical design of the high-altitude working vehicle,and also provide a new idea for the research of the high-altitude working vehicle technology.
