In recent years,with the rapid development of China's power grid,the number of substations has increased dramatically,which will make the detection work more complex and diverse for substation maintenance personnel.Because the traditional artificial substation detection is not only affected by environmental factors,but also by human factors;personal omissions will inevitably occur in the detection process,which will have a certain impact on the quality of substation detection.With the development of information technology and intelligent technology,it provides a direction for the development of intelligent detection in substation.Based on this,an intelligent inspection robot system for substation is proposed,and its application in substation is studied.The details are as follows:Based on this,this paper studies the intelligent robot inspection system used in Lixin substation of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau.Firstly,the whole architecture of the intelligent robot inspection system is analyzed,and the whole architecture of the system is discussed in detail,which mainly includes the appearance hardware composition and the internal software module,and the realization of the system function is mainly analyzed.Then,based on the functional principle of system framework,taking the inspection system of intelligent robot in Lixin substation as an example,the engineering design of charging room installation,special channel pouring of inspection system,new magnetic track laying and auxiliary equipment installation is proposed,and according to the implementation of the system engineering scheme,the purpose of improving the operation reliability of the system is achieved.In this paper,the project design considerations of substation patrol system are summarized,and the patrol information is analyzed in detail,which shows the feasibility and reliability of robot application in substation.Finally,the intelligent inspection system of substation robot is applied to the site,and the debugging and acceptance of each functional module of the intelligent inspection system of 220 k V substation in Lixin of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau are analyzed;the working process of the system is introduced,and the application effect of the system in detection and infrared detection is analyzed.The results show that the system has different performance in different areas.Finally,the optimization suggestions are put forward for the deficiencies of the system.In the work scenario of the intelligent detection system,the intelligent detection system can effectively detect the operation status of the equipment,prevent the amplification of errors,save labor costs,significantly improve the work efficiency,which has a certain applicable value for the intelligent substation.
