Since the plane road has been unable to meet the increasing number of vehicles flowing smoothly,and three-dimensional traffic can effectively alleviate the road congestion caused by the increase of vehicles,threedimensional traffic has become a common technical means for engineers to solve traffic congestion.With the intercommunication construction of Zhongshan xihuan expressway and Guzhen town,the traffic conversion between expressway and local roads will be carried out in this area,which further aggravates the pressure of traffic volume.The construction of this project will effectively improve the situation of single traffic conversion through the ground system,so as to better realize the traffic conversion between high-speed and local roads.This study mainly carried out overpass transformation on the section of gushen road from the north to the south of dongxing east road,guzhen town,zhongshan city,to solve the congestion problem of the intersection of gushen road and dongxing east road and improve the capacity of gushen road.The research contents include:(1)Traffic volume analysis and prediction;(2)Analysis of road capacity;(3)Road construction program;(4)Bridge construction program.Based on the ongoing three-dimension traffic engineering reconstruction project,this paper focuses on the bridge construction research.The superstructure of the conventional bridge in this project adopts a new type of i-beam with broken line pre-tensioning method.The construction technology,prestressed tension,structural bearing capacity and other aspects are systematically studied through field full scale model test.The substructure adopts the central pier large cantilever cover beam,which has the longest cantilever length in China.In order to verify its actual mechanical performance,a 1:3 scale model test was carried out on the large cantilever pier with single central column to verify its structural safety.This paper can provide construction reference for three-dimensional traffic reconstruction project and has certain theoretical and practical guiding value.
