This paper mainly discusses the design of the reinforcement of the tension beam model of the transverse beam.Firstly,the classification and stress characteristics of the transverse beam are briefly described,and then the force of the transverse beam under static load conditions is utilized by Midas software.Calculate and simplify it.Then use topology optimization to find the unit with the highest efficiency in the transverse beam,and extract the tension and compression rod model of the transverse beam under this stress state.In this process,according to the linear interpolation,it can be extracted and pulled out.The volume retention score of the pressure bar model is taken and analyzed theoretically.After obtaining the tension and compression rod model,the tensile and compression rod model is checked for reinforcement according to the relevant formulas and provisions in Appendix A of the ACI specification and compared with the original design.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Briefly introduce the classification and stress of the transverse beam,select the double-bearing transverse beam as the main research object,and introduce the latest model of the tension and compression rod of the double-bearing transverse beam in recent years.The research results of the tendons.The diaphragm of the double-cone continuous box girder bridge on a county road is selected for research.The three-dimensional model of the transverse beam is established in the drawing interface.The model is optimized by linear interpolation and the volume retention parameters are selected.The results are analyzed and explained at the theoretical level.2.After the topology optimization of the transverse beam model,the results of topology optimization combined with the knowledge of structural mechanics are used to extract a reasonable transverse beam tension and compression rod model,and the internal forces of each member are calculated in the structural mechanics solver to obtain the rods.After the internal force of the piece,the structure is checked for reinforcement according to the formula in the appendix.After obtaining the reinforcement method calculated by the transverse beam according to the tension bar model,the parameters of the ultimate bearing capacity of the transverse beam in two design modes are compared and analyzed,and the topology optimization used by the engineering designer is also carried out.The design work provides a good example.
