Computer Aided Geometric Design (CAGD) originated in the aviation industry, it isdue to the complex shape of the aircraft, so that it is closely related to the design curve andsurface modeling, and optimization of curves and surfaces is an important factor in modernproduct design, so the research on optimization methods has extremely important practicalsignificance. Currently, in the product design process, design and engineering is disjointed,when they do the product modeling,industrial designers think more from the perspectiveof aesthetics and ergonomics surface design to make the product surface, such as force,deformation and strength engineering factors to consider less; but when the mechanicalengineers design of the product structure and formulate the manufacturing, they oftenmodified the design according to them, this makes the product appearance and comfortaffected. Therefore, in the beginning of the product surface design, you should consider thefunction and appearance of comprehensive requirements. This thesis is the view ofErgonomics, Reverse Engineering, Mechanical Design Theory, Multidisciplinary Theory,etc. Considering the beautiful and comfortable with both structure and function, makecomplex surfaces smoothing treatment, and ultimately to meet the design requirements.In this thesis, target to the human back smoothness of curves and surfaces, comfort ofhuman-computer interaction and surface mechanical strength properties of optimal design,based on the energy method, research on back curve and surface multidisciplinaryoptimization modeling design of mathematical models and optimization methods. Aboveall, by measuring instrument for the collection and analysis of data on the human backcurves and surfaces, and structure surface data curves, make cubic uniform B-spline curvesand Bicubic B-spline surface as smoothed object, put these data into the control point anddata points. Followed, since the energy method smoothing curve, although the absolutecurvature is relatively small, it can not guarantee whether the change in curvature isuniform, but the least squares method can make up for this shortfall, so finally adoptedenergy method of least squares to make the mathematical model of curve and surfacefairing optimization. And studied under the external loads, material properties and otherphysical constraint conditions, improve the curve and surface energy method. Under theergonomics, car seat mechanical and geometric constraint conditions, to form a final optimization model. Once again, combining the PSO with genetic algorithm and ant colonyalgorithm to create a new kind of particle swarm optimization, to do search operation ofcurves and surfaces’ new control point, compare the before optimization of curves andsurfaces and the after, to prove its effectiveness. And, to compare it with the results of theother optimization algorithms optimization prove the superiority of this algorithm. Finallyanalysis the smoothness of the optimized surface, prove thesis approach is feasible, andcan apply it in other complex human-machine surface optimization.
