With the rapid development of high-density cities,the problem of urban noise has become increasingly prominent.If a person is exposed to urban noise for a long time,even if the sound pressure level is at a low level,it will have a negative impact on psychology and physiology.In the field of architectural acoustics,the sound insulation and noise reduction of building facades have always been an important means of noise reduction which owns the advantages of occupying small urban space,obvious noise reduction effects,and mature processing methods.However,due to the pursuit of good sound insulation performance,the sound insulation design of the building facade often sacrifices natural ventilation performance.Even if it is replaced by mechanical ventilation,there are still problems such as increasing the overall energy consumption of the building and poor ventilation effects.Today's domestic research on noise reduction of building facades mainly focuses on the design of closed envelope structures and their specific structural optimization on the tightness of building facades to reduce indoor noise.However,it lacks research and architectural facade design strategies on building facades,which take into account the combined performance of natural ventilation and noise reduction.Therefore,the research on the design of this composite performance building facade is particularly urgent.This study mainly discusses the sound insulation performance and characteristics of such composite building facades under the condition of natural ventilation.Its main content is divided into four parts:First,from the current development trend of building facades,the article clarifies the technical basis and feasibility of combining noise reduction performance with natural ventilation building facades,and explains the noise reduction treatment methods of its air inlets,ventilation interlayers,and air outlets According to the position of the baffle for noise reduction,it can be classified into three types: horizontal baffle,vertical baffle and balcony structure(Chapter 2).Secondly,through the collection of literature and actual design cases,the research separately summarizes the three types of building facades that combine noise reduction and ventilation from the aspects of sound insulation principles and performance impact factors,modeling characteristics,specific construction types and practices,etc.(Chapters 2,3,4 andThirdly,through software simulation,the sound insulation performance of typical representatives combining noise reduction and building facades under different noise source conditions is compared and discussed.The research shows that the horizontal baffle has to be on a higher floor and the section needs to be specially designed to have a certain noise reduction effect,the vertical baffle basically has good sound insulation ability under different noise conditions.In the balcony structure,the open balcony type has good performance under close-range noise conditions,and the semi-open balcony has good noise reduction effect under different conditions(Chapter 6);Finally,the research analyzes the design steps and methods of combining the noise reduction performance and the natural ventilation facade,which introduces the design process and results of the composite facade of the actual project,and uses simulation software to verify its sound insulation and ventilation performance.This case can provide a reference for the design practice of the facade with natural ventilation and noise reduction ability in the future(Chapter 7).This research conclusion of the article can provide suggestions and guidance for the facade design strategy combining noise reduction performance and natural ventilation,and make up for the lack of architects in the noise insulation design of the building facade,which has certain significance for promoting environmentally friendly green building design.
