At present,the proportion of steel frame structure is more and more in our country's building structure,and the failure form of steel frame structure under the action of earthquake is often manifested as brittle fracture of beam column joint or plastic yield at the end of column,which results in insufficient bearing capacity of structure or component and is irreparable.In order to control the structural damage under the earthquake action of the components in the structural system,and have the function of easy replacement and repairable,and improve the ability of earthquake resistance and disaster reduction,this paper designs a new type of beam column joint of steel frame structure with controllable damage,and studies and analyzes its mechanical properties by using the method of basic theory research and numerical simulation calculation,and applies it to the actual steel frame In the international structure,the main research contents and achievements are as follows:At first,based on the research status of seismic performance and structural damage theory of steel frame structure joints in recent years,the theoretical basis and feasibility of damage control idea are further studied,and the form structure of new damage controllable steel frame structure beam column joints is designed and introduced in detail,and the damage mechanism and seismic performance of new joints are analyzed.Second,through the finite element analysis of four different beam column joints,the main failure mechanism of "fuse" structure under different steel,section thickNess and structure is studied.The stress distribution,plastic development law and load displacement curve of the beam column joints are analyzed by using the data.The theoretical formula of the initial rotational stiffness of the joint is analyzed,and the mechanical capacity of the joint model is verified effectively,which provides the theoretical basis for the general design method.The research shows that the new type of beam column joint has better stress transfer mechanism and damage energy dissipation ability,and has the function of protecting the main components of the structure from damage and achieving the purpose of damage control.At last,based on the study of the mechanical properties of the new type of beam column joints,the finite element analysis model of steel frame with four different joint arrangements is established by using the load displacement curve of the joints.The modal analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis are carried out.The mechanical mechanism of the new type of joints under the whole frame is studied.The stress and deformation response of the steel frame under the rare earthquake are analyzed It further shows the superiority of the new damage control idea at the level of components and structural systems,which lays a foundation for the theoretical research of earthquake resistance and disaster reduction.
