With the advancement of China's urbanization process,China has opened a new model for the construction of urban municipal infrastructure,building urban underground comprehensive corridors.Through the operation and management of the comprehensive pipe corridor in my country in recent years,the following problems have been found:(1)The operation of the comprehensive pipe corridor has not been informatized and refined.This requires the establishment of a high-standard comprehensive pipe corridor operation and maintenance management mechanism,and the need to improve the operation settings in the smart pipe corridor operation and maintenance management system.(2)The function of the pipeline corridor operation is insufficient.The integrated pipe corridor is a closed underground space.The internal environment is relatively complicated,and there are many pipelines entering the corridor.Only after all the auxiliary facilities in the integrated pipe corridor are fully set up can the comprehensive pipe corridor be operated safely and efficiently.(3)Insufficient analysis of pipe corridor operation data.In the operation and maintenance of domestic integrated pipe corridors,paper-based management is used,and intelligent management of integrated pipe corridors is not achieved,and the operation and management of integrated pipe corridors is not carried out using the concept of big data analysis.In view of the problems encountered in the operation and maintenance of integrated pipe corridors,it is proposed to establish a smart pipe corridor operation and maintenance management platform.This paper mainly studies:(1)Modeling of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor.Urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor modeling is the basis for completing the pipe corridor visualization and pipe corridor operation and maintenance platform.It is necessary to complete the pipe corridor modeling as quickly as possible when the pipe corridor model is constructed.(2)Coding of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor.The integrated pipe corridor operation and maintenance management platform is based on the integrated pipe corridor model,and the coding of the model information is one of the basic elements of the intelligent pipe corridor intelligent operation and maintenance.Through mobile phone and analysis of the comprehensive pipe corridor code at home and abroad,try to establish the encoding rules of the comprehensive pipe corridor to achieve the refinement and standardization of the comprehensive pipe corridor code.(3)Visualization of integrated pipe corridor.By comparing and analyzing the visualization effect of the integrated pipe corridor,Fuzor has a better effect on the construction of the integrated pipe corridor,and Lumion has a poor visualization effect on the integrated pipe corridor,and finally decided to use Unity3 D as the development software for pipe corridor visualization.(4)Construction of operation and maintenance platform for smart pipe corridor.This article innovatively uses BIM technology,GIS technology,big data analysis technology,Internet of Things technology and VR technology to realize the three-dimensional visual management of the comprehensive pipe corridor,realize the digital management of the basic data such as the assets of the comprehensive pipe corridor,and simultaneously monitor the sensor information and The three-dimensional model is connected to realize the query and access to the dynamic data of the pipeline corridor elements,and provide emergency decision-making services to the pipeline corridor.The research in this paper involves a new direction for the expansion of BIM+GIS technology functions,that is,the development platform.It also involves the urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor project,which improves the operation and maintenance efficiency and data analysis capabilities in the comprehensive pipe corridor operation and maintenance.The subsequent expansion of platform functions laid the theoretical and technical foundation.
