The lifting roller bed is used in a large industrial integrated line body.By changing the position of the roller bed to meet the quality requirements in the industrial production process,its application is important in large mechanical equipment factories.With the rapid development of the electromechanical industry,people's requirements for lifting roller beds are constantly increasing.How to more efficiently and accurately control the lifting roller bed has become the core of people's attention.Servo control strategies are used to control not only the position of the lifting roller bed.The tracking characteristics are good and the speed is relatively stable.This article takes the lifting roller bed as the research object and analyzes the main structure of the servo control system.The main research contents are as follows:First,introduced the research background and significance of this topic,and the structure and working principle of the servo control system of the lifting roller bed are analyzed.The vector control method is introduced,and adopts the rotor field orientation control scheme with_di(28)0.Secondly,a servo control system with LPC1768 chip as the main chip is designed.In the hardware circuit design,Full consideration is given to the stability of the system;in terms of software design,the module design method is adopted,and the C language is used to compile the software,which greatly reduces the difficulty of compiling the software algorithm and increases the readability of the control algorithm.Thirdly,this paper introduced the model reference adaptive system(MRAS),using the MRAS method to estimate the rotor position and speed of the servo motor,and applied the system to the previously designed three closed-loop control system and performs simulation verification,Indicating the feasibility of the program.Finally,an experimental platform was built on the entire servo control system,which verified the feasibility of the three closed-loop system applied to the lifting roller bed,and also verified the feasibility of the sensorless three-closed loop control method.
