| Servo system has been widely used in CNC machine tools, robotics and aviation, aerospace, marine and other fields. Digital signal processing technology, to permanent magnet synchronous motor for the implementation of the motor, using high-performance control strategy, and intelligent control algorithm for all-digital servo control system for permanent magnet synchronous servo control system will become a trend. In this paper, the development of permanent magnet synchronous servo system needs to carry out a permanent magnet synchronous servo systems research aims to design a safe, reliable, stable, exchange with independent intellectual property rights of permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) servo controller design some three-loop servo performance permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system, also hope to study the system of permanent magnet synchronous servo to get some results.In this paper, I ensured the current loop bandwidth of servo systems and servo performance by using the methods of combinating simulation and experimental, do a simple and effective vector control and the PI regulator on current loop servo system. To deal with the problem about the independent regulator of id,iq for the coupling during the vector control, I use voltage feed forward to optimize, improve the current loop dynamic performance and control accuracy.Velocity loop servo system with fuzzy PID controller, correcting PID parameters instantaneously using fuzzy control, improved response speed, control accuracy and robustness of the system.Position loop servo system with sliding mode controller, improved accuracy of position tracking servo system, to further improved the system of permanent magnet servo control performance. Based on the above theory, designed the hardware and software of servo system, which use TI's DSP TMS320F2812 and ALTERA's FPGA EP2C5T144C8 as cores. Experiment with the experimental platform which was set up according to the design of the servo system combines DW-type eddy current dynamometer and ET2100 eddy current measurement and control instrument, The experimental results verify the validity and the practicability of research results. |
