Design And Implementation Of Electronic Acquisition And Recruitment System For Power Enterprises

The rapid development of information technology has brought new changes to all walks of life.In the electric power industry,more and more businesses have been replaced by informatization from the aspects of marketing,production and operation and maintenance.And in the bidding,all walks of life in our country also began the construction of information.In order to strengthen the fine management of material procurement,reduce the procurement cost,improve the procurement efficiency,and make the material procurement more transparent and public,the state grid corporation of China started the construction of the electronic procurement platform.The purpose is to streamline the process of power material purchase and improve the efficiency of bidding management.In this paper,combined with the material procurement needs of an electric power company,the company's electronic procurement system is studied by using the current popular JAVA development technology.The main research contents and results are as follows:First of all,this article studies the relevant theories of electronic system of mining action and development technology,power electronics mining company recruiting system are summarized based on the literature in domestic and foreign research present situation,found that the current electronic procurement bidding management theory and technology is relatively mature,China's government,central mining projects have been implemented electronic bidding process,there are a lot of mature system architecture can draw lessons from.In the power industry,the process of electronic procurement needs to be further sorted out.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper comprehensively summarizes the demand of electric power company's electronic procurement platform through in-depth on-site business demand survey and UML technology survey.At the same time,on the basis of demand analysis,the paper adopts the popular MVC framework to design the system architecture of the electronic procurement platform,and adopts the lightweight SSH technology to implement the architecture.Then in the database design stage of the system,this paper adopts the powerful relational database Oracle 11 g design and development.Through the concept design of database,the standard specification of database design is given,according toABSTRACT the standard specification,the logical structure ER diagram of database is designed.Finally,this paper USES JAVA language to develop the system,and realizes the electronic procurement and recruitment system of power enterprises.The system mainly includes four functions: system management,procurement management,bidding management and contract management.From the point of view of intensive material management,this paper studies the electronic procurement and recruitment system suitable for electric power enterprises.The system has passed the test and been put into operation.It not only makes the material procurement process of electric power enterprises electronic and transparent,but also greatly improves the work efficiency of material procurement,which has important application value and practical significance.
