Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,a new type of deep foundation reinforcement technology has emerged.When the shallow soil stratum of the construction site is a soft soil stratum and there is a good soil stratum with a certain thickness in the lower part of the soft soil,the hole can be firstly passed through the soft soil to reach a better soil.The stratum is refilled and then reinforced with a heavy hammer to reinforce the better soil stratum,and the reinforced soil stratum is used as the pile end bearing stratum.This foundation treatment technique is called a pile with ram-compacted bearing sphere.This technology has been widely adopted,but the technology is still in the initial stage of development,there are a lot of work to do.This paper first studies the bearing characteristics of the bearing pile,including the bearing mechanism,failure mode,bearing capacity factors and estimation methods of the bearing pile;secondly,discusses the settlement calculation theory and calculation method of the bearing pile,and further analyses the design and calculation method of the bearing pile;secondly,studies the bearing mechanism,failure mode,bearing capacity factors and estimation method of the bearing pile.Then,studies the pile-forming technology,pile-forming quality testing method and bearing capacity testing method of the pile.Then,relying on the engineering application of the pile in a project,the feasibility of the pile scheme is verified,and the reliability of the pile is verified by analyzing the monitoring data of the settlement and displacement of the building.Finally,the numerical simulation analysis of the pile foundation is carried out,and the influence of factors such as pile diameter,pile length and bearing sphere diameter on the bearing capacity of single pile is analyzed and compared.It is concluded that the current code for calculating bearing capacity is relatively conservative,and Q~s curve of carrier pile is generally slow-falling type,and the relationship between different soil three drives penetration degree and equivalent area is fitted;and the influence of pile diameter,pile length and bearing sphere diameter on single pile and composite foundation of pile is obtained.
