This paper mainly deals with the following two questions:the major factors influencing the compacted cement-treated soil compression strength;the mechanical characteristics and the dropping deformation rules of compacted cement-treated soil pile composite foundation under vertical loading.The major factors influencing compression strength is curing time, cement label, mixed-soil quality, dry density etc. The paper points out the relation between compression strength and those major factors. Under vertical loading,through single-pile static loading and single-pile composite foundation loading tests,studying cement-treated soil pile of different cement-treated soil ratio and different shaft length,attains some useful conclusions.For example,the shaft bearing conditions of composite foundation are different from free single-pile,because soil between piles shares loading and forms surcharge's effect,enhances the pile's utmost bearing capacity of composite foundation.Therefore,attaining composite foundation pile's bearing capacity on free single-pile utmost bearing capacity,should properly adjust the coefficient of bearing capacity calculation formula in a safe scope.
