| Energy Management Contracting refers to the energy-saving service company with professional quality and technology,according to the relevant contract content of energy services,to provide energy-saving feasibility research for energy-consuming enterprises,design the established scheme,design the project implementation scheme,finance through energy-saving service enterprises,purchase related equipment,complete construction projects according to quality and quantity,and test energy-saving.Quantity,and then start the operation of equipment,help enterprises to train relevant technical personnel to master the actual operation methods and other projects throughout the process.Based on the research of tunnel highway lighting transformation,this paper combines the core idea of EMC contract energy management mode.Firstly,the basic concepts of tunnel and tunnel lighting are analyzed.According to the development of LED tunnel lighting fixtures at this stage,EMC contract energy management is applied to tunnel road lighting renovation project with new technology.The risk assessment of tunnel road lighting renovation under EMC mode is analyzed comprehensively.From the two aspects of risk identification method and risk origin,the risk identification and evaluation of reconstruction are carried out comprehensively,and through the establishment of performance analysis model,an evaluation system is established for energy management of tunnel highway lighting reconstruction engineering application contract.Finally,the subject takes the specific tunnel highway lighting transformation as the research object,and proceeds from the actual project,uses the risk evaluation index system to analyze,the analysis results show that the key risk points need to be avoided,and makes the risk control in the practical application.And the performance model is used to calculate and verify the actual project income,which provides a new idea and process for the actual lighting engineering transformation. |
