Tuned mass damper(TMD)vibration reduction control system is an effective control device for seismic and wind-induced vibration of high-rise structures,which is easy to install,monitor and maintain,has stable performance and high reliability.It can also be used as an accessory building such as water tank,machine room,revolving restaurant,etc.It is an economical and convenient structural control device with good control effect.It is widely used in shock absorption control of high-rise structures.Tuned mass damper(TMD)is generally composed of mass,stiffness element and damping element.The main forms of stiffness elements are spring devices and laminated rubber bearings.The mass is connected with the structure through a rigidity element and a damping element.In this paper,the elastic element in the TMD vibration control device in the high-rise structure is further studied.Based on the actual TMD device used in the high-rise Guangzhou TV Tower as a reference,the combination of the test and the ABAQUS finite element software simulation was used to study and analyze the series combined rubber elastic element and the proposed new parallel-series combined rubber elastic element.Finally,Matlab finite element software is used to analyze the vibration response time history of the TMD vibration control device structure of the TV tower,and the specific implementation process of the vibration reduction optimization design of the TMD system device is given.The content of this paper is as follows.(1)In view of that research on TMD device system,this pap introduces the work principle of vibration reduction control of TMD control system,By analyzing the TMD damping control equations under the high-rise structure and briefly introducing the existing methods of optimizing the dynamic parameters of several TMD control devices,the existing TMD device structure is systematically analyzed.(2)Based on the analysis of the structure of TMD device system,the mechanical performance test and ABAQUS finite element simulation are carried out on the series rubber bearings of elastic elements of TMD control device.Through the mechanical analysis of the elastic elements of TMD control device based on the test and simulation results,it is found that the elastic elements of series rubber bearings have good linear performance within a certain deformation range,and the mechanical properties are clear,which can be used in TMD control device.However,when the deformation increases to a certain degree,the elastic performance of the elastic member of the series rubber support is reduced,and it is prone to bending,thereby causing the frequency adjustment of the TMD device to be inaccurate.(3)In view of the shortcoming that series-connected rubber elastic elements are applied to TMD devices under large deformation due to too large slenderness ratio,a new type of parallel-series-connected rubber elastic elements is proposed for TMD control devices,and the mechanical properties test and ABAQUS finite element simulation of parallel-series-connected rubber elastic elements are carried out.The test results and simulation results are sorted and analyzed.It is found that the mechanical properties of the parallel-series combined rubber elastic element are similar to those of the series-combined rubber elastic element.It also has good elastic properties under large deformation,suitable for high-structure TMD devices.(4)Taking the 600 m high Guangzhou Tower as the engineering research background,the specific implementation process of the optimal design of the vibration damping control of the TMD system device is given.A wind vibration response analysis is performed on the Guangzhou Tower,and a set of parallel-series rubber elastic elements for the TMD device is designed according to the parameters of the Guangzhou Tower TMD device.(5)Summarize the research results and significance of this article,and put forward the problems that need further research and solution.
