Plate-cone reticulated shell is a new type of structure with good mechanical properties and convenient construction.It has good building performance,structural safety and seismic performance.With the continuous development of people’s living needs,building structures increasingly pursue light weight,high-strength,green and environmental protection as well as energy-saving and low-carbon,while composite sandwich panels have the characteristics of light,high-strength,energy-saving and low-carbon,and also play the role of enclosure structure.The idea using composite sandwich panels as load-bearing panels applying in plate-cone shell is proposed in this thesis.The application of composite sandwich panels in the plate-cone shell is studied by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.The strength and local buckling capacity of composite sandwich panels are analyzed.On this basis,the static performance,overall stability performance and dynamic characteristic of the whole structure are analyzed,the comparative analysis of the ordinary plate-cone reticulated shell is also made.The main research contents and achievements of this thesis are as follows.(1)For the model building of plate-cone reticulated shell,ANSYS parametric design language for structural modeling is used.Most of the operation tasks of graphical user interface can be completed automatically by inputting small amounts of geometric parameters,greatly improving the efficiency of structure model pre-processing,and making a good foreshadowing for the subsequent research and analysis of composite sandwich panels and structures.(2)In this thesis,two typical forms of plate-cone reticulated shell are studied,i.e.pyramid type and kiewitt type.The strength and local buckling capacity of composite sandwich panels are analyzed.The results show that composite sandwich panels have high strength.And the influence factors of local buckling of composite sandwich panels are analyzed and some important conclusions of practical engineering design are obtained.(3)The static analysis and stability analysis of composite sandwich panels in the application of plate-cone reticulated shell are carried out.Through the static loading of the structure,the vertical displacement of the structure and the internal forces of each component are analyzed,and the loading characteristics of the structure are summarized.The results show that the structure has a larger overall stiffness,and also has the same static law as the ordinary plate-cone reticulated shell.At the same time,the eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis of the structure are also made,it shows that the stability performance of the structure is excellent.(4)The dynamic characteristic analysis of composite sandwich panels in the application of plate-cone reticulated shell are carried out.Firstly,the modal analysis is carried out to obtain the natural frequency and mode shape.The results show that the frequency of each order of the structure changes continuously and intensively,and there are several types of modes,including horizontal,vertical and coupling,but mainly horizontal mode;further study the dynamic response of the structure under the earthquake action in different directions,the displacement and internal forces are analyzed,and the corresponding laws are summarized.(5)The design of composite sandwich panels and plate-cone reticulated shell are studied in this thesis,and the comparative analysis of the ordinary plate-cone reticulated shell is made.The design of composite sandwich panel is also studied.Through the simultaneous design of the composite sandwich panels and the plate-cone reticulated shell,the advantages of the material and structure can be brought into full use.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the composite sandwich panels are compared with the ordinary plate-cone shell,which proves the superiority of the application of composite sandwich panels in the plate-cone shell.
