Shear wall is a kind of effective lateral force resisting component,which is still widely used. It can be regarded as an important component of high-rise structure. In today's increasingly important environmental protection, the traditional construction industry has not meet the needs of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, the development of prefabricated construction will become an inevitable way to upgrade the construction industry. Moreover, the steel frame and reinforced concrete shear wall have many problems, such as the mismatch of ductility and stiffness, and the complicated joint. According to the current situation and problems, the design of lightweight aggregate-channel steel fabricated shear wall components, composite shear wall around the parcel by channel, the shear wall is arranged in the center of the channel between the steel mesh, lightweight aggregate concrete pouring.This paper introduces the structure form of lightweight aggregate -channel steel fabricated structure, the main component of lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated construction are described: shear wall, floor slab, roof structure and component design, based on this,introduced the various lightweight aggregate - channel fabricated components connection, and built a two storey lightweight aggregate -channel steel fabricated residence verified.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the model of lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated shear walls without opening and with openings, and change the height to thickness of shear wall thickness, steel ratio and other parameters, ten modles of lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated shear walls components under cyclic load and delay back to the performance of the systematic analysis and research. The SAP2000 software is used to simulate the lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated building integral,including modal, maximum static force, response spectrum and linear time history analysis.The hysteresis curves of lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated shear walls with the opening and without openings are full,stable, and have good energy dissipation performance and ductility,suitable for use in general buildings. For lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated shear walls without the opening, increasing the thickness of steel can improve obviously the component yield load and ultimate load, reduce the energy dissipation structure, channel thickness is too thin may cause premature yield in the use stage; the thickness of the wall to change the weak influence effect on performance of bearing capacity and energy consumption the channel thickness change, but within a certain range, the wall is thick, the bearing capacity and energy dissipation coefficient are improved to a certain extent. For lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated shear walls with the opening,increasing the thickness of the steel member yield load and ultimate load increase is limited; the change in the thickness of the lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated shear wall of the bearing capacity significantly, the difference of energy dissipation performance is small.Therefore, the thickness of the channel is 3-4mm, the thickness of the wall is 120mm, and the performance of the lightweight aggregate-channel steel fabricated shear walls components is the best.The lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated architecture model established on the SAP2000 software, under different working conditions, mass participation factor, reverse the translational cycle ratio,maximum drift, drift angle, shear weight ratio and other parameters were analyzed.The parameters can meet the requirements of specification,and show that the structure form of lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated building is safe and reliable, reasonable arrangement.Lightweight aggregate - channel steel fabricated shear wall is a broad application prospect of the anti lateral force member.
