The promotion of electric vehicles can not only alleviate the double pressure on society caused by energy and environmental problems,but also provide new growth momentum for the upgrading of the automobile industry.However,at present,the development of electric vehicles is still in the early stages,and their charging facility supporting system is not perfect.“Mileage anxiety” and “Difficult to charge” have become the biggest obstacles affecting consumers to purchase electric vehicles.At the same time,the location of charging facilities affects both the convenience of charging for electric vehicle users and the investment income of charging station operators.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a complete charging infrastructure service system and plan an efficient charging and replacement service network.However,most of the existing research only focuses on the location of charging stations and ignores the problem of location selection of battery swapping stations,which is inconsistent with the concept of constructing a charging and replacement service network in reality.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of charging station and battery swapping station,a comprehensive location method of charging and battery swapping station is put forward in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the location of electric vehicle charging and replacement facilities.The details are as follows:First of all,the problem of site selection planning and battery distribution path optimization of the battery swapping station is studied.Based on a detailed analysis of the total social cost of the battery swapping stations(including the construction and operation cost of the battery swapping stations,the cost incurred by users on the road and the cost of carbon emissions),the site selection model is built with the minimum social cost of the battery swapping stations.Furthermore,an improved cuckoo search algorithm is designed to solve the model,and a case simulation test is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the method.Based on the determination of the address of the battery swapping stations,the battery distribution optimization path of the mobile replacement car is analyzed and modeled.Secondly,the location of the charging stations is defined as a multi-objective location planning problem,in order to maximize the investment income of the charging stations and the user’s travel satisfaction at the same time.Based on this,a multi-objective location model of the charging stations is built,and an improved NSGA-II algorithm is designed to solve it.In order to bring a better experience to users,a prototype system for site planning of charging stations is designed and developed based on MATLAB GUI.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods,a case analysis is conducted with Yangpu District in Shanghai as the research object.Based on the introduction of the research case and the acquisition of relevant data,the parameters of location model of the electric vehicle charging and battery swapping stations are set,and the relevant algorithms are called to solve the models,and then the location selection results and the size of the charging and battery swapping stations are analyzed.Visualization of site selection results is achieved through ArcGIS at last.
