This paper proposes a new large-span regular hexagonal honeycomb space steel grid box type new floor structure,and makes a detailed introduction and calculation analysis of the floor structure.The results show that:Under uniform load,the overall deformation of the floor is "bowl-shaped".The rigidity of the upper and lower ribs of the floor,the diameter of the shear key,and the ratio of the height to the span have a greater influence on the deflection of the floor structure.These factors should be used as the main control factors in the actual engineering design.The maximum deflection of the floor span and the maximum shear force of the structure vary greatly with the increase of the number of surrounding grids of the floor structure,which can be used as the main control factors for the value of the span of the floor structure and the number of surrounding grids.The stiffeners can be classified and added separately for different parts of the structure and locations with different stress conditions,which can reduce the mid-span deflection of the floor structure on a certain level.The free vibration form of the floor is similar to that of the slab.The first translational frequency appears in the third order,and the other translational ones are the fifth order,the tenth order,and the twelfth order,in addition to vertical vibration.The influence of the floor height-span ratio,the height of the upper and lower rib webs,the width of the upper and lower rib flange plates,the thickness of the surface sheet and the width of the stiffener on the fundamental frequency of the structure are all greater than 5%,which are the main influencing factors.Can be used as an initial control indicator.According to the eigenvalue buckling analysis of the floor structure,it can be known that the high-span ratio and the cross section size of the upper and lower ribs have a greater impact on the critical load of the floor structure;The critical load increases with the increase of the high-span ratio,increases with the increase in the size of the upper and lower ribs,increases in the flange plate thickness,and the web thickness,and decreases with the increase in the width of the upper and lower ribs.
