A new form of large span floor structure—— the honeycomb type steel open-web sandwich plate structure is introduced in this thesis.It also detailed introduced the geometrical configuration feature and the analysis method of the structure.In order to analyze the static performance of the floor,the static analysis of an open-web sandwich floor of a multi-story large span market is carried out and compared mechanical properties and economics with the traditional main and secondary girder roof system.The analysis results show that: the upper ribs of the honeycomb shaped steel open-web sandwich plate are mainly subjected to axial pressure,the lower ribs are mainly subjected to axial tension,the shear connectors are mainly subjected to shear and the inner forces of the ribs of surface plate is smaller.Under the action of load,the deflection of the floor increases gradually from the supporting part to the middle span,which is a bowl shape distribution.Compared with the traditional main and secondary girder roof system,the open-web sandwich plate has the advantages of high rigidity,low height and good economy.In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the open-web sandwich plate,using the subspace iteration method to analysis of the low amplitude and frequency of the floor,which is the honeycomb type steel open-web sandwich plate floor of a certain multi-story large span shopping center.The results show that the low order vibration modes of the open-web sandwich floor are mainly vertical vibration,which has the characteristics of the solid plate.However,compared with the solid plate,the open-web sandwich plate has lighter weight,better mechanical properties and higher material utilization ratio.The fundamental frequency of open-web sandwich plate significantly decreases with the increase of length to width ratio of the floor;decreases with the increase of the span depth ratio and has the approximate proportional linear relationship between them;has the trend of first increase and then decrease with the increase of thickness of surface concrete plate and thickness of shear connector,and increases with the increase of the stiffness of the upper and lower ribs.As for the characteristics of the light weight of the steel floor,by double control index of fundamental frequency and vertical vibration acceleration under pedestrian load,analyze the vibration comfort of the open-web sandwich floor.The results show that the open-web sandwich plate can meet the requirement of the acceleration limit,but it should be checked in the actual engineering.In summary,the honeycomb shaped steel open-web sandwich floor structure has the advantages of light weight,high rigidity and good economy.
