As a kind of high-tech underwater equipment,human occupied vehicle(HOV)has been applied in many fields and played an important role.With the increase of application frequency of HOV,the requirements for its performance are increasing.Therefore,how to improve the performance has become the focus of the research of HOV.The overall design is the key link of the design of HOV,which has a decisive significance for its overall performance.In this paper,the concurrent subspace design(CSD)method is introduced into the overall design of HOV to improve its comprehensive performance.The main research work is as follows:First of all,according to the characteristics of HOV system,it is divided into five disciplines:structure,hydrodynamic,propulsion,energy and hydraulic operation.According to the submarine code,the parameters of the pressure structure without opening are determined preliminarily,and checked by the finite element software Abaqus.The preliminary design scheme of the pressure structure in the structural discipline is obtained.With the help of Star-ccm+,the resistance calculation of the initial scheme is completed,and the preliminary outline scheme design of the hydrodynamic discipline is completedSecondly,based on the secondary development of Python for Abaqus and Java for Star-ccm+,the parametric analysis of pressure structure and shape resistance is completed,which can realize the automatic modification and continuous analysis and calculation of model parameters.Through the experimental design,the sample points needed for the discipline modeling of structure and hydrodynamics are obtained,and the influence of design variables of pressure structure and shape resistance on their respective response values is analyzed.Thirdly,the four order response surface model,RBF neural network model and Kriging model are used to fit the sample points of structural discipline and hydrodynamics discipline The results show that the four order response surface model has the highest fitting accuracy and can meet the engineering needs and can be used to establish an analytical model of structural discipline and hydrodynamics discipline.Furthermore,the response surface model of Model series propeller and the empirical formula method are used to establish the propulsion discipline analysis model,and the empirical formula is used to establish the energy and hydraulic operation discipline analysis model.Finally,according to the characteristics of CSD and the overall optimization model of the discipline of HOV to determine the design variables,state variables,constants,target values,constraints and data flow directions between the system layer and each subsystem layer in the overall design.The optimization framework based on CSD is built in Isight and the optimization solution is carried out.
