The internal friction coefficient of energetic materials plays a very important role in guiding the design of the mechanical structure and the formulation of process parameters during the forming process of the material In this paper,the internal friction coefficient test platform with independent intellectual property rights is developed by exploring the internal friction coefficient test mechanism and method of the material,and the automatic test of the internal friction coefficient under different temperatures,pressures,material types and sizes is realized.The internal friction coefficient test experiment using polymer substitutes verified the main functions of the internal friction coefficient test equipment and the accuracy of the test results,and the effects of temperature,pressure and other factors on the friction coefficient were initially investigated.The main research work is as follows:1.In this paper,the mechanism of friction coefficient test in the material is first studied,the physical model of the friction process between the material particles is established,the movement law between particles is analyzed,and the test method for the friction coefficient of the material is analyzed.Through systematic research on the characteristics of energetic materials and friction test methods,two typical internal friction coefficient test equipment schemes are designed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are compared and analyzed Then optimize the design of its shortcomings to make it meet the design requirements2.Based on LabVIEW,the design of the manual interactive system was carried out,and the real-time data acquisition system and remote control system of the device were constructed,which realized the remote control and automatic test functions of the device and improved the safety of the test process.3.In order to verify the various functionalities of the equipment and the accuracy of the test results,the internal friction coefficient test platform of the energetic materials constructed above was used to test the internal friction of several polymer substitutes under different temperature,pressure and material types,and explored the influence of various conditions on the friction coefficient of the material.The staged results achieved in this paper can not only provide theoretical guidance and experimental platform for the measurement of the friction coefficient of energetic materials,but also provide a new guidance direction for the safety of the energetic materials processing process and the formulation of process parameters.In addition,the further development of energy materials and polymer processing industry also has important promotion significance.
