Nowdays,intelligent wearable technology has infiltrated into all field of society.While realizing the function diversification,it is developing towards a direction of " simple but fancy" and more humanized design.At the same time,the national health consciousness is increasing and the intelligent application of emerging products in the smart medical module is developing rapidly in the aging population context.The intelligent transformation of insulin injection products designed for diabetes faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This project dedicated in humanized design with establishing a service system combining software and hardware.The purpose of this project is to help solve the difficulties of patients in injecting drugs,smart reminding,monitoring blood sugar,keeping data and communicating with doctors,so as to improve the integrated user experience.This paper analyzes the cutting-edge wearable intelligent medical design all over world,and summarizes the technology of graphene microneedle injection.First,humanized design method is used to subdivide the research objects according to their habits.Following that,a questionnaire is conducted to find out the psychological fear is a key factor influencing self-treatment.Take-away insulin syringes users to analyze the pain points during the treatment of diabetes.Through demand analysis,functional analysis and work flow analysis,the processes of injecting insulin,measuring and recording sugar levels and communicating with doctors are identified as problems.Then,use the method of differential appearance design,put forward the design idea,and construct a perfect humanized hypoglycemic system.Finally,the design practice of optimal injection device and the new experience sugar blood-controlled APP are made to meet the needs of hypoglycemic control and sugar blood measurement simultaneously to realize the systematic and scientific management of diabetes rehabilitation exercise therapy.I hope this project can facilitate the life of DM patients and help them standardize treatment.At the same time,the research on the design of this auxiliary device is carried out on the expression of emotion design in line with the psychological needs of DM.
