Top gas pressure recovery turbin unit(TRT)doesn't need fuel,in running after the blast furnace smelting pressure produced by the waste heat of gas,so do not change the quality of the original blast furnace gas,also does not affect the normal use of the original gas,recycling the considerable energy,reduces the cost of smelting,is a typical high efficiency and energy saving device.However,due to complex pressure turbine generating unit,and work under the condition of high temperature and high pressure environment,so often prone to various faults lead to normal operation of the device,influence power,against the heat residual pressure energy recycling,energy saving,to protect the environment.Basic theory in this paper,based on the test equipment maintenance and debugging,testing for the thermal power plant steel pressure turbine power generation device maintenance,debugging and experimental research.First of all,briefly expounds the equipment inspection maintenance way,including later inspection maintenance way,preventive maintenance way and the way of detecting state maintenance,and maintenance way has carried on the comparative analysis of three kinds of detection;Expounds the main theory and technology for the maintenance of state detection including equipment life expectancy theory,reliability theory,based on the reliability of the maintenance management theory and the main technology used in detecting state maintenance.Secondly,combining with the test equipment maintenance and debugging the basic theory,the thermal power plant for steel pressure turbine generator for maintenance and repair of main construction process is analyzed,this paper expounds the pressure turbine power generation equipment maintenance operation safety management,including safety technical measures and important construction organization scheme and special safety control measures,and for detecting the pressure turbine generating set maintenance to maintain equipment and construction conditions were analyzed,and finally focused on the pressure turbine power generation device testing maintenance technology scheme of each part.Third,for the pressure turbine power generation device debugging,this paper briefly introduces the pressure turbine power generation equipment debugging,emphasis on the pressure turbine generator for the preparing work before debugging and technical support,and analyze the debugging work order,pressure turbine power generation device debugging programs and procedures.Finally,the system pressure turbine generating set is expounded test process,no load test was carried out on the pressure turbine generating set and full load test,including should have the condition,before the trial run before the inspection,the unit before the start of preparation and operation methods of the gas and no load test and full load test method;Vibration test was carried out on the pressure turbine generating unit,and the test results were analyzed.The research achievements of this paper effectively solve the pressure more than wasted resources into electricity problem,can improve the energy efficiency at the same time,for the implementation of energy conservation and emissions reduction and sustainable development of our country has important practical significance and social value.
