At this time,China's manufacturing is in the ascendant.With the vigorous development of industrial modernization,the access of nonlinear load in China's power system is increasing day by day,which leads to the deterioration of power quality day by day,exposing the unreasonable and inaccurate power metering methods and devices.At present,China has not formulated relevant standards for the measurement of electric energy under distorted signals,and there is a lack of standard measurement devices for calibration.There is no consensus on reasonable measurement methods and devices under distorted signals that are universally applicable in the field of electrical measurement technology and instrument and meter research.Accurate measurement of electric energy is the basis of reasonable billing of electric power department,which is related to real-time dispatching and scientific management of electric power system,and is an important basis for formulating electric power policy and relevant laws and regulations.Based on the above background,this paper designs the electric energy metering and testing system under the conditional of distorted signals.Firstly,distortion signal of electric energy metering method,this paper in-depth study,throughout the establishment of mathematical model suitable for the current situation of communication networks to describe the distortion signal under the action of the voltage signal,current signal and power signal,based on the Wiener functional series theory.Through Wiener nuclear,on the nuclear transformation and orthogonalization get load output voltage and output current,algorithm improve format based on Db4 wavelet transform is applied to decompose and reconstruct the corresponding fundamental wave signals and distortion,Combined with the standard definition of power quality parameters by IEEE-std1459-2010,the power flow analysis of nonlinear load is carried out,and the typical nonlinear load signal is simulated in the experimental analysis to obtain a reasonable power measurement method under the condition of distorted signal.Secondly,aiming at electric energy metering and distortion signal,this paper has carried on the related design of software and hardware of the testing system,in terms of hardware,the analog distortion signal generated by the attenuation signal or distortion signal generation module of the power grid is digitized by the data acquisition module,main control unit module adopts ARM + DSP dual-core architecture respectively responsible for management and operation control measurement,power reset and clock management module is responsible for the power supply and power consumption management,produce and distribution reduction,and to provide the clock management,human-computer interaction module selection operation and display with LCD touch screen display,the communication between the two cores is realized by combining Mail Box interrupt with Shared memory.In terms of software,the corresponding dual-core architecture is divided into two parts : DSP metering system is embedded in DSP core DSP/BIOS operating system to realize wavelet transform operation and power metering;besides,the software design of dual-core communication is realized by DSPLINK.At last,a corresponding system is set up for the simulation test of power metering and the operation is realized,the simulation test and result analysis of typical distortion signal are completed,and the DSP data processing time is tested,the design was verified reasonable electricity metering method in accuracy and realtime performance.
