As the world pays more attention to environmental problems,wind power generation has become the most promising form of new energy generation.However,the fluctuation of wind power has a great influence on the power quality of power grid,which has become the main factor restricting the development of wind power.The quality of power grid is not only related to users' demand for power,but also affects the development level of national economy.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,it is of great practical significance to study the influence of wind farm access on the power quality of the power grid and the governance methods.This paper summarizes the factors that affect the power quality index from the aspects of frequency,voltage and waveform and the management methods for these aspects.Taking a wind farm as the management object,power quality analysis is carried out from the aspects of harmonics,voltage fluctuation and flicker,voltage deviation and reactive power compensation.Aiming at the problem that the current evaluation system is not perfect,a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation system based on fuzzy entropy weight is proposed.Aiming at the situation that the voltage deviation index of the wind farm exceeds the standard,the method of distributing the reactive power reasonably by using the chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.In view of the situation that the voltage deviation index of wind power plant exceeds the standard,a method of determining SAPF position and quantity square by means of multi-objective particle swarm optimization is proposed.The details are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the low accuracy of the current comprehensive power quality evaluation system,a comprehensive power quality evaluation system based on fuzzy entropy weight is proposed.Compared with the traditional method,this method can better reflect the real power quality of the power grid.It is of great value and significance to control the future stability of power grid.Secondly,in view of the situation that the voltage deviation index of the wind farm exceeds the standard,this paper puts forward the application of multi-objective chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm,and puts forward the governance Suggestions from the perspective of reactive power compensation,so as to distribute the reactive power reasonably.By establishing the reactive power optimization objective based on the minimum network loss and minimum voltage deviation,the static reactive power generator installed in the wind farm is used for compensation,and the multi-objective chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to optimize the reactive power distribution and reduce the influence of voltage deviation.Compared with particle swarm optimization(pso),the results show thatmulti-objective chaotic particle swarm optimization(pso)has better global searching ability than traditional pso.Finally,in view of the situation that the voltage deviation index of the wind farm exceeds the standard,this paper puts forward a method to determine the position and quantity of the shunt active power filter by using the method of multi-objective particle swarm optimization(pso),which can effectively avoid the algorithm easily falling into the local optimum and improve the ability to control harmonic pollution.
