The Improved Design Of Medium-sized Tractor For Orchard Operation

In recent years,with the growing area of fruit trees in our country,farmers need more narrow tractors with higher requirements.The growth of farmers' incomes have been limited by the variety of fruit trees,planting patterns,and the reduction of rural labor.At this time,improving the mechanization level of orchard operation has become the best way to reduce the labor intensity of the farmers,raise the economic income and promote the development of orchard area.As power machinery,the demand for orchard tractors is also increasing year by year.This paper introduces the improved design of TS404 based on our Orchard Tractor Project.The optimization design of the whole machine mainly focuses on adaptability,reliability and safety.And it focuses on the reliability of transmission and driving safety.The main purpose is to improve the competitiveness of the product by optimizing the design of the whole machine,improving the reliability of the transmission system,and improving the driving safetyBy comparing the difference between Orchard tractor and existing tractor,we find the improvement direction of existing tractor.We adjusted the spoke offset to reduce the width of the vehicle;adjusted the size of the fuel tank,radiator,air filter,Muffler,body,and tires to reduce the vehicle's height;replaced the engine and parts to increase the power of the vehicle;increase the lifting force by increasing the pressure of the hydraulic system and increasing the diameter of the cylinder.We use UG,PROE,kisssoft,HyperMesh and other design software and analysis software to complete the improvement of the reliability of the transmission system and the safety protection device of the whole machine,and solve the existing problems of the tractor.At last,we finished the improved prototype of Orchard tractor and carried out the experimental verification.
