In the field of industrial manufacturing,the largest number and widest distribution are concentrated in high-power fans and pumps,whose operation mode is throttling and variable load operation.It is particularly critical to deeply tap the power saving potential of constant speed fans and pumps.At present,the most common speed regulation mode is full power frequency conversion speed regulation,which is not fully applicable to fan and pump load with speed range of(30-50)%,It is bound to cause low system efficiency and increase investment cost.Brushless doubly fed machine(BDFM)can control high-voltage motor by low-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation device,and speed regulation effect of large-capacity motor by small capacity frequency conversion control device.The main research content of this paper is the design principle and winding analysis of high-voltage and high-power brushless doubly fed machine,as well as the research of winding design scheme and control method,and the optimal design scheme is obtained through experimental verification.Describe the application background of high voltage and high power brushless doubly fed machine technology,introduces the development status of brushless doubly fed machine at home and abroad,and summarizes the research history and status quo at home and abroad.The basic structure and principle of brushless doubly fed motor(BDFM)are analyzed.The common stator and rotor structures of BDFM are studied in detail.The basic operation principle of BDFM is discussed.The speed regulation principle,equivalent circuit analysis and operation mode of high voltage and high power brushless doubly fed motor are introduced.The energy conversion principle of motor is analyzed.The design and control of high voltage and high power brushless doubly fed motor(BDFM)are calculated and analyzed.According to the motor design parameters and selection principle,the stator and rotor slot coordination calculation and selection;through the motor output rated speed to design the pole pairs of high and low voltage winding;according to the actual load operating conditions of the speed demand range to determine the number of stator power winding and speed regulating winding;through the motor speed range to determine the power distribution of power winding and speed regulating winding,design change The capacity of frequency converter,especially the rotor winding coefficient,is calculated and analyzed by tooth harmonic method.Finally,the overall electrical parameters and mechanical structure design of the high-voltage and high-power brushless doubly fed machine are completed.Through the experimental platform,the high-voltage and high-power brushless doubly fed motor system is verified,and the phenomenon of current mutation in the process of variable frequency winding cut in is analyzed,and the solution of current mutation is proposed to improve the operation stability of brushless doubly fed machine.It also analyzes the energy-saving benefits of the actual operation effect of the prototype,and discusses the social benefits generated by the subject.
