Brushless doubly-fed machine(BDFM)is a new type of ac motor,which has nearly 10 years'research,its stator has power and control of two sets of windings.They are coupled to the rotor with a special structure.The power winding is connected to the power grid,the control winding is connected to the frequency converter..Brushless doubly-fed motor is a kind of ac induction motor,but compared with traditional ac motor,it leaves out the brush and slip ring,so the motor structure more simple,the operation mode is more diverse,hence in ship power,and wind power,the motor has a wide range of applications.Brushless doubly-fed motor is worth in-depth study.The main research aspects are as follows.First,it is necessary to grasp the development history of brushless doubly-fed motor,and it will be the basis for future research on the motor.Second,the types of brushless doubly-fed motor are classified,cage type,magnetic resistance and winding type,and the application scope and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.Third,the winding design criterion of winding brushless doubly-fed motor,the basic principle and design method of the tooth harmonic design rotor.Fourth,on the basis of the basic winding design,the innovative structure of the double stator brushless doubly-fed motor is presented,based on the theory of the virtual channel and put forward a design method of axisymmetric winding distribution.Then,single stator motor and double stator motor is designed,the winding is designed rationally,and ANSYS is used for the simulation experiment analysis.Finally,the experiment of motor,and the experiment proves the stability of the motor running,and the quality of motor power.This article has detailed for wound rotor brushless doubly-fed generator and system analysis,more structure and proposed a new motor winding connection mode,for brushless doubly-fed motor research provides a new train of thought,which has some reference value.
