The improvement project of urban road is seemingly simple,but very complicated in the actual construction.The improvement project of urban road involves many departments.There are many factors that affect the construction such as the complex environment.Once the project starts,it will break the original order of life.So we not only ensure the normal running of the project,but also reduce the impact on the masses as much as possible during the construction.This article mainly takes the construction process of sidewalk that is in the improvement project of urban road as the main research object.In this article,after analyzing the constraint factors on the sidewalk construction and the traditional construction process temporally and spatially according to the practical situation,I adjust the original construction sequence to get the best construction process according to the mature schedule management theory.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)The restrictive factors of pavement construction are analyzed.Through the collection of literature and on-site inspection and analysis,it is concluded that in the improvement project of urban road,the sidewalk construction is mainly affected by pedestrians,shops along the route,traffic control departments,environmental protection departments and underground pipelines,and so on.These constraint factors makes it impossible to proceed with the normal construction arrangement in the sidewalk construction.The analysis of each constraint lays a good foundation for the process optimization link.(2)This is a way to optimize the construction process on the sidewalk.After analyzing the constraint factors on the sidewalk construction in the improvement project of urban road and referring to the relevant optimization theories,some construction processes have been adjusted temporally to increase the construction time from the original 8 hours / day to 16 hours / work day.Spatially flow construction is mainly used to organize some construction procedures to make the original inappropriate construction arrangement reasonable.Eventually,the progress of the sidewalk construction is accelerated,and the construction period is shortened.(3)Examples are used to analyze the construction progress after optimization of the construction process of sidewalk.After considering the influencing factors such as pedestrians,traffic control departments,environmental protection departments and underground pipelines and analyzing optimally the construction project of Baiyin Road sidewalks in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City,the construction time of the original processes is rearranged,the flow construction is used to obtain the optimal process for the construction project of Baiyin Road sidewalk in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City.This article uses the main research methods such as literature research method,data survey method and examples of proof method to get the optimal process on the sidewalk construction in the improvement project of urban road,which accelerates the construction progress and saves construction costs and provides guidance for the engineering management of the sidewalk construction,avoiding the early exploration process,unnecessary waste.The using value of process optimization is very high.
