| At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the enterprise management environment is increasingly complex,the progress of information technology has brought about the gradual acceleration of the process of digital layout of transportation,and the transportation industry is also facing an important link of development.How to further improve the efficiency and service quality is an urgent problem for the industry to deal with.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to set up a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system to meet the needs of modern enterprise management.In the past,the performance evaluation method of enterprises in China is usually a single profit index to measure the operating results of an enterprise,but this traditional evaluation method has some defects,such as only focusing on financial indicators,ignoring the contribution to society;Pay attention to the short-term results,ignore the long-term business objectives and so on.In order to adapt to the current economic environment and meet the needs of long-term development,an effective performance evaluation system must be built.Based on EVA and BSC performance evaluation method study,considers both the inspection way,though each has its advantages,but still more or less has some limitations,but if carry on the reasonable integration of the two kinds of evaluation methods,can effectively make up for their shortcomings,in order to impel the performance of enterprises to realize scientific management,increase the enterprise competitive advantage,to adapt to the development of the modern market.Taking Daqin Railway Company as the research object,this paper explores the performance evaluation of Daqin Railway Company based on EVA + BSC through case study and qualitative and quantitative research.This paper firstly summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the relevant theories of EVA and BSC performance evaluation methods,so as to analyze the advantages of the combination of the two.Secondly,this paper from two aspects of financial and non-financial performance evaluation of the current status of Daqin Railway Company has carried on the detailed elaboration,analysis the problems existing in the current performance evaluation system,including too much financial factors of evaluation,performance index,evaluation is difficult to have incentive effect,and lack of focus on business process,etc.Then,the strategic objectives of Daqin Railway Company were decomposed by means of strategic decomposition.On this basis,the framework of performance evaluation system based on EVA + BSC was constructed,22 specific performance evaluation indexes were selected,and the weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,this paper applies the constructed performance evaluation system to Daqin Railway Company,comprehensively evaluates the performance evaluationmethod based on EVA + BSC through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and proposes the establishment of a special performance evaluation committee,the combination of emphasis and incentive system,the establishment of feedback mechanism and other safeguard measures.Based on the detailed study of the performance evaluation of EVA + BSC of Daqin Railway Company,this paper not only promotes the improvement of the performance management level of Daqin Railway Company,but also provides a research foundation for the optimization of the performance evaluation system of transportation enterprises to some extent. |
