With the comprehensive advancement of the "the Belt and Road" initiative and the acceleration of global integration,the competition between enterprises is also becoming increasingly white-hot.The key to enterprise competition is human resources with creativity,and the core of human resources is performance evaluation.Performance evaluation is an important part of human resource management.By using effective performance evaluation,we can make full use of human resources,strengthen and standardize internal management of the enterprise,improve management efficiency and quality,improve resource allocation mechanism and core competitiveness,which is of great significant for promoting long-term healthy development of enterprises.So,it is essential for any company to ensure effective performance evaluation.In this paper,we take ZM company as the research object.According to its existing performance evaluation system,we optimize its performance evaluation based on key performance indicator(KPI)theory and 360-degree performance evaluation theory.First of all,we review and study the relevant theories of human resource management,such as performance and performance evaluation.Then we analyze current performance evaluation and employee status in ZM company by using questionnaire and interview method,and study existing problems of performance evaluation in ZM company.Finally,we determine to use KPI theory to design the performance evaluation for current management of ZM company.At last,we analyze the guarantee measures of the new performance evaluation from the organization,the system and the culture.We further explore the possible problems in the implementation of the new program,which is helpful to the implementation of the new performance evaluation.
