Abstract/Summary:
At present,the construction of the underground tunnel rack up to upsurge in big cities in the domestic,underground utility tunnel can "close the zipper,pull down the spider network",and played a save social resources and enhance the role of comprehensive carrying capacity of cities,in the engineering quality,material,equipment,labor,and environmental protection of urban underground tunnel engineering has obvious superiority than traditional municipal tunnelline buried.Because of the scale of engineering construction of urban underground pipe is a sharp increase,construction technology and management measures in safety lack,project cycle is long,many participants uncertainty,high investment,risk factors,ambassador to easily happened under the condition of safety risk superposition effect,easy to cause the construction safety accident,and engineering safety construction situation of urban under ground tunnel will face huge challenges.To reduce the urban underground pipeline corridor project construction safety accidents,this article through the literature research,combining with the underground comprehensive utility tunnel engineering technology standard and construction characteristics,the high frequency compiled several kind of typical construction safety,the pipeline damage,collapse,surface subsidence and the influence factors of 4 kinds of typical cases and the damage accidents,using characteristic factor diagram of reverse analysis of accident causes.Based on the mechanism of the safety accident cause,comprehensive utility tunnel construction organization design,and the ministry of publishing industry standard "the municipal engineering construction safety inspection standards"(CJJ/T 275-2018)of the announcement made construction safety influencing factors of urban underground tunnel list,in this process of establishing evaluation index system,first of all,through the way of questionnaire survey,to risk list all the risk factors affecting the safety of construction using expert investigation method to score,then,the result of the investigation,data collection and statistical analysis,reliability analysis based on the PCA method to dimension of 25 risk factors,ultimately selected 18 risk influence factors,in order to build a comprehensive urban underground utility tunnel construction safety risk evaluation index system,combined use of C-OWA method and GRA-SPA comprehensive risk evaluation model,comprehensive analysis of the urban underground tunnelline corridor engineering construction safety situation,and the degree of impact on the construction safety of factor analysis in detail,and then put forward the corresponding security measures to effectively control construction safety accident.This article selects some A city road underground comprehensive utility tunnel project to carry on the empirical analysis,the project construction safety state evaluation results as medium risk as A whole,but has to the trend of the development of the higher level of risk,the operation of the personnel factors proficiency,illegal operation,management factors of the safety regulation,emergency prevention and control measures,implementing security risk management,technical factors of tunnelline welding,pressure testing technology,the environment surrounding environment conditions,hydrological geological condition of the underground need to focus on control and timely take measures to promote reasonably.The results fully verify the feasibility or effectiveness of the risk assessment model,and provide a unique vision for preventing and reducing the safety accidents of urban underground utility tunnel.
