Water-rail combined transportation is an emerging transportation mode developed on the basis of two main modes of transportation,railway transportation and water transportation in China.As the water-rail intermodal hub terminal connecting the two major transportation modes,it has become an important part of the construction of an integrated transportation system.With the advancement of the “One Belt,One Road” strategic plan,a large number of new water-rail intermodal terminals and traditional water-rail intermodal reconstruction projects have emerged.In the design stage,the internal area of the terminal needs to be re-divided and redistributed.However,because the terminals involved in intermodal transportation often have many working departments and complicated work processes,their layout problems often become a bottleneck that restricts the efficiency of the terminal.Therefore,finding a scientific and reasonable wharf layout can realize seamless connection between port production organizations and railway transportation organizations,improve the efficiency of water-rail transportation,and increase market share in multimodal transportation.It has important practical significance and theoretical research value.Based on a full understanding of the domestic and international terminal layouts,this paper categorizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing layout methods,and finds a layout method suitable for the interior of the Wharf terminal.First of all,starting from the basic theory of layout,the concept of the water-rail intermodal hub terminal and its basic layout mode were clarified.After analyzing the entire water-rail intermodal transportation system and proposing a system framework,it specifically analyzed the area division and transportation organization mode within the terminal;Secondly,the layout method was clarified.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of common methods in the planar layout,the system layout SLP was selected as the layout method.The application also pointed out the disadvantages of the traditional system layout method and the improvement methods using mathematical modeling.Then established a layout optimization model After using genetic algorithm to solve the problem,the schemes are further compared and selected.The multi-criteria decision-making optimization method combining foreground theory and set-pair analysis is used to obtain a final optimization scheme with stronger comprehensive applicability.Finally,the calculation of the entire method is verified by an example The rationality and operability,and the perturbation analysis of key parameters verify the reliability of the method.
