| Corrugated web steel floor is a new type of structure.Compared with the traditional corrugated web steel floor,the steel floor is used to replace the concrete floor.At present,there is still a lack of research on the lateral distribution performance of this kind of structure.Therefore,the study of the lateral distribution performance of the new structure is of more practical and theoretical significance.This paper is based on G1816 Jingtai to Zhongchuan airport highway engineering,through the field test results,combined with ANSYS finite element model for research,the main research content is:Based on the basic assumptions and applicable conditions of different theoretical algorithms,the algorithm suitable for the new type of simply supported beam and continuous beam bridge is selected and compared with the measured value and the finite element value.The influence factors of transverse distribution coefficient are analyzed,and a simplified formula for calculating the transverse distribution coefficient M of new type simply supported beam bridge load is obtained through numerical fitting,and the calculated results are compared with the measured values.The variation of transverse distribution coefficient along the span is studied and the variation rule is obtained.The applicability of the method for calculating the distribution coefficient at the bearing is explored.Several ANSYS finite element models were established,through which the influence of different setting types and setting intervals on the transverse distribution of load was simulated.On the basis of the original method,this paper puts forward the suitable transverse connection method and the setting form of the transverse connection.In this paper,the transverse distribution of the new composite beam bridge is studied,the results of the modified rigid beam method and the rigid beam method are compared with the measured values and the finite element values,and it is concluded that the modified rigid beam method and the rigid beam method are also suitable for this new structure.The distribution coefficient between 1/8L~7/8L along the span direction of the new type simply supported double girder bridge can be approximately replaced by the mid-span section.Compared with the result of finite element method,the distribution coefficient of bearing calculated by lever principle method is more safe.The results of the simplified formula of transverse distribution coefficient m obtained by numerical fitting are compared with the measured data.The maximum error is 6.1% and within the allowable range,which verifies the correctness of the fitting formula.When only the transverse connection between boxes is considered,the stiffness of the X-type transverse connection is the best,and its structure has the highest cost-performance ratio.When the thickness of the transverse connection is only considered,the optimum thickness of the transverse connection is 20 mm for the X-type andK-type transverse connections,and 30 mm for the square-type and I-type transverse connections.It is the most economical and efficient way to set a horizontal connection between boxes in the middle of a span when only considering the interval of horizontal connection arrangement.In this paper,the research results on the transverse distribution of this new type of structure provide theoretical reference for promoting the application of this new type of composite beam bridge,provide reference for the corresponding general drawing preparation,and have guiding significance for engineering designers to set up the transverse connection between boxes reasonably. |
