| Composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new kind of reinforced concrete composite structure, which is composed of three parts, the top and bottom plate of concrete and corrugated steel webs.Composite box girder with corrugated steel webs has been widely used in Japan and other countries in Europe.Compared with the traditional concrete web box girder, the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs has excellent structural characteristics and broad prospect. However, compared with the traditional box girder structure, there is still a lack of appropriate design regulations and specifications.In China, the research of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs has just started.Based on the existing research results, this paper studies the calculation method of the transverse distribution coefficient of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs,The results of the study are compared with the model test and the finite element calculation results, which verify the rationality of the results. The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the application of domestic and foreign research results of box girder with corrugated steel webs and the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs, combined with China’s actual situation, discusses the significance and purpose of this study.(2)Finite element software Fea Midas is used to establish the spatial finite element model of the box girder with corrugated steel webs,The mechanical response of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs under eccentric load and torsional load is analyzed.The analysis shows that the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is consistent with the characteristics of the bending and torsion of the traditional box girder,The transverse distribution calculation method in the classical box girder theory can be used in the composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs.(3)Combining the internal force characteristics of the structure of the composite box girder with the corrugated steel web plate and the relevant research results of the traditional rigid beam method,Mechanical calculation model of "modified rigid jointed beam method" was established by the method of mechanics,Research shows that the top and bottom beam force redundant incision completion of corrugated steel web composite box is the key to the establishment of mechanical model,The roof is composed of transverse incision of redundants bending, transverse shear and transverse force,The bottom of redundants is composed of transverse shear and transverse bending.(4)Based on the traditional rigid beam method,We derive the calculating formula of the modified rigid connection beam method, and give the calculation procedure of the transverse distribution coefficient of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs,And make a "correction calculation program of rigid beam method".(5) Taking a model test as an example,The transverse distribution coefficient of the model test bridge was calculated by using the modified rigid beam method,We compare the results with the traditional rigid beam method, the finite element results, and the model test results are compared.The results show that the modified rigid beam method can be used to calculate the transverse distribution coefficient of the composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, and its calculation accuracy is higher than that of the traditional rigid beam method.(6) By setting different working conditions, we analyzed the effect of the load position on the transverse distribution of the bending moment of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs,The results show that the lateral position of the load has a great influence on the transverse distribution of the composite box girder with corrugated steel web box girder, and the longitudinal position of the load has little influence on the transverse distribution of the bending moment. |
