With the rapid growth of China's economy and the progress of science and technology,the air transport industry has also been greatly developed.The airport safety monitoring and airport airspace traffic control is also demanding.At the same time,with the rapid development of wireless communication technology in positioning technology,and in order to further improving the safety level of civil aviation,people have higher and higher requirements for the accuracy of civil aviation airport positioning,therefore,we need to intensify our efforts to develop a new monitoring technique and precise positioning algorithm to improve the monitoring performance and security at the airport.Among them,the multi-point positioning system is widely used in civil aviation airports in various countries in the world because of its advantages of high positioning accuracy,low equipment cost,and ease of installation.Firstly,this paper expounds the development of wireless location technology and related theoretical technologies of civil aviation positioning.By analyzing the domestic and foreign status of multi-location positioning technology,it shows the great application value of multi-point positioning in civil aviation positioning.At the same time,it analyzes the TOA estimation algorithm.The research status at home and abroad puts forward the importance of finding a high accuracy TOA estimation location algorithm.In this paper,based on the OFDM system model with strong antiinterference ability,the arrival time of the pulse rising edge of the S mode signal is estimated,and the TOA time is calculated with the maximum energy retrieval method,and a multi-carrier synchronization is proposed.The maximum energy TOA estimation algorithm uses a multi-carrier modulation technique to reduce the data stream transmission speed to achieve the purpose of reducing inter-symbol interference.The ICA linear hybrid model is added to accurately find the original signal in a complex multi-path channel while using The MES-SB method extracts the energy block from the low-speed data stream,and can calculate the TOA time with high accuracy.Finally,the improved algorithm is optimized through the Kalman filter,so that the TOA estimation value is more accurate,and the root mean square error is also used.To evaluate the positioning algorithm,and uses the true trajectory and predicted trajectory for correction analysis.Finally,through simulation experiments,it can be found that the algorithm proposed in this paper is greatly improved in the calculation of relative time delay error accuracy.After Kalman filtering,the target position obtained by positioning is closer to the actual position of the target.Moreover,it has great advantages in the application of multi-point positioning,and has a high application value in airport scene safety monitoring and airspace management.
