Research On Intelligent Operation And Management System Of Garbage Trucks

At present,in the process of garbage collection and transportation management,the environmental sanitation department is often unable to accurately judge the working conditions of garbage transport vehicles,resulting in low transportation efficiency,high energy consumption,low degree of informatization,etc.and the management department is unable to timely obtain the working conditions,cycle times,overload and other information of garbage trucks,and the maintenance of garbage trucks is also conducted after the failure of manual troubleshooting.This situation obviously can not meet the needs of modern,intelligent and big data management.Therefore,it is of great economic significance and application value to develop an intelligent operation management system for sanitation transport vehicles.Relying on the Internet of things technology,this paper improves the design of the post compression garbage truck,effectively collects all kinds of work information,stores and analyzes these information,and finally realizes the whole process of information,digitization and automation of garbage collection and transportation.The work mainly includes:1.Hardware design of digital information system of garbage truck.The hardware design of sensor arrangement and digital information collection is carried out for the chassis and hydraulic system of the rear compression loading garbage truck,so that the relevant operation data of the vehicle can be accurately collected and the system can work reliably;2.The information collection and transmission.Use CAN bus to collect the information of the loading compression system and chassis of the garbage truck,and uses 4G technology to transmit the collected information to the server;3.Build the operation management platform.Through software programming,complete the four functions of garbage truck control system,information collection system,transmission system and background monitoring platform,and realize the intelligent operation management of garbage transportation.Through the effective construction of vehicle control system,information acquisition system,transmission system and background monitoring system,the modified vehicle is tested in production.The test results show that the intelligent operation management system of sanitation vehicles designed and developed in this paper has the remarkable characteristics of reliable operation,fast and accurate data transmission,clear vehicle operation status and efficient background management.The system can be widely used in environmental sanitation and transportation management departments.
