| This article takes the thermostat processing workshop in the actual project of the joint plant project of Shijiazhuang Keyi Heavy Industry Co.Ltd.high-precision special gear reducer expansion and relocation project as the design and research object.First,it analyzes the temperature and humidity independent control system and a return air system by comparison and analysis.The energy saving effect of the air treatment method of the air system determines the air treatment method.Secondly,the CFD technology was used to numerically simulate the velocity field,temperature field and humidity field of the workshop in four supply modes: double-side air supply,single-side air supply,directional diffuser flat air supply and cyclone air supply.Calculate and compare the characteristics of the four different air supply methods,and propose the optimal air supply design scheme suitable for the constant temperature machine shop.Finally,under this scheme,the velocity field,temperature field and humidity field distribution under different supply air temperature differences are simulated,and the simulation results are analyzed to select the maximum wind temperature difference that meets the process requirements.Research indicates:(1)Through a comparative analysis of the energy consumption of the primary air return system and the independent temperature and humidity control system in the thermostatic machine shop,it is concluded that when using 6℃ temperature difference air supply,the total temperature and energy consumption of the independent temperature and humidity control system is higher than that of the primary air return system.It can be reduced by more than 25%,but for high supply air temperature difference,even in the dew point supply air,the cooling consumption of the mixed air meter cooling section of the temperature and humidity independent control system becomes larger,which will cause the energy saving effect to decrease.(2)By comparing and analyzing the simulation results of the four air flow organizations of bilateral air supply,unilateral air supply,square diffuser flat air supply and cyclone air supply,the bilateral air supply and unilateral air supply are obtained.The temperature and humidity fields of the three air supply schemes of the air supply and the directional diffuser flat air supply cannot meet the process requirements.The temperature and humidity fields of the swirl air outlet not only meet the process requirements,but also the temperature and humidity fields are relatively more uniform than the former three.Therefore,the swirl air outlet air supply is proposed as the air supply scheme of the thermostatic processing workshop.(3)Based on the cyclone air supply method,the temperature and humidity fields under the temperature difference of 6℃,7℃ and the maximum temperature difference of 7.8℃ were simulated.The temperature of the maximum temperature difference of 7.8℃ was found through comparative analysis.The humidity field has design values that exceed the process requirements and cannot meet the process requirements.Both 6℃ and 7℃ can meet the process requirements.Based on the principle of energy saving,it is recommended that when designing the air-conditioning system of the thermostat and workshop,the temperature difference of the supply air temperature is 7℃.Based on the air temperature difference,the temperature and humidity independent control system saves 12.4% energy compared to the primary return air.The air treatment method uses the temperature and humidity independent control system. |
