In the current increasingly homogeneous and equivalent air transportation market,the reason why passenger loyalty is highly valued by enterprises is that for airlines,loyal passengers can reflect the huge lifetime value of passengers.Companies have higher loyalty,they will increase the frequency of purchasing airline services,more willing to accept new services and other related services of airlines.At present,China's special empirical research in this field is still lacking.This research hopes to further deepen the research of frequent travelers.Whether the frequent flyer program specially designed and implemented by airlines to improve passenger loyalty achieves the above-mentioned effects;if not,what are the causes? What are the limitations of the passenger loyalty program? This study has empirical evidence on this topic.the study.This research is based on questioning the effectiveness of airline frequent flyer programs.Based on the collection and review of literature data,this paper constructs an index system for evaluating the effectiveness of airline frequent flyer programs,and uses NF airlines as an example to carry out frequent flyer programs.Validity research,and on this basis make suggestions on the mode selection,cost control and effect evaluation of airline passenger loyalty programs.The effectiveness of frequent flyer programs is reflected in various aspects such as economic benefits,market competitiveness,passenger loyalty,and corporate image.The effectiveness of frequent flyer programs is different in different dimensions.Airlines want to improve the effectiveness of frequent flyer programs and must innovate frequent flyer programs.The planning model adopts effective measures from various aspects such as economic benefits,market competitiveness,passenger loyalty,and corporate image.
