The ultrasonic power source is a device driving the ultrasonic transducer for ultrasonic waves.In recent years,with the increasing application of ultrasonic waves,some new demands have been placed on the function and performance of power supply devices.This paper aims to design and implement a two-dimensional ultrasonic power supply which can be applied in different working environments for the new functional requirements of ultrasonic power supply.The main work is as follows.Firstly,based on the control of two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration trajectory,the paper has analyzed the driving principle of the transducer,the transducer output vibration model,the amplitude adjustment mode and the two-dimensional ultrasonic phase control.At the same time,a two-dimensional synchronous follow-up method is designed to ensure the same state of two transducers in two-dimensional ultrasound.Secondly,after the deeply design of the rectification filter circuit,inverter circuit,drive circuit,transducer matching circuit,main control circuit and sampling feedback circuit of the power supply,the paper has finished the module circuit schematic,the choice of main chip in the circuit and its welding debugging.Then,the function development of FPGA controller in the power supply is performed,consisting of the design and simulation of such digital circuits as full-bridge inverter drive waveform generator module,digital phase detector module,data sampling module and communication module.Not only for the implementation of the function,the paper has also considered its optimal design of the circuit timing to ensure its stability of internal circuit of FPGA.By internal logic resources,the NIOS soft core is built so some complicated control logic is realized by software programming.Aiming at the amplitude adjustment stability,which plays a decisive role in power supply performance,a PID algorithm for fast constant transducer current is designed and its adaptability is also ensured by the parameter tuning performed by simulink simulation.Finally,by setting up a test situation,the power supply is verified for its design and implementation.In this paper,the parallel advantage of FPGA controller fully applied to the drive control of dual-channel ultrasonic power supply has ensured the consistency of frequency synchronization and working state in two-dimensional ultrasound,which makes a great significance in the product and the promotion and application for multichannel ultrasound power.
