With the rapid development of the domestic logistics and transportation industry,heavyduty trucks play an increasingly important role as an important participant in modern logistics road transportation.Due to the particularity of the working environment of heavy-duty trucks,the driver is affected by vibration for a long time,causing physical and mental fatigue and even affecting driving safety.Therefore,the research on the comfort of heavy truck vehicles is particularly important.In this paper,three-axle heavy-duty trucks are the research object,and the vehicle dynamics theory is the main research basis.Computer simulation technology is used to study the vibration characteristics of the vehicle system under different road conditions,which can not only provide a more comprehensive evaluation of vehicle structure and performance Prior calculation and verification can also provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the vehicle scheme.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,the standard form of the road surface roughness frequency domain model and the structural characteristics of the vehicle balance suspension system are analyzed,and a suitable road surface model and balance suspension model are established.Simplified according to the structure distribution of heavy-duty trucks,the vibration model of the eight-degree-of-freedom plane system of heavy-duty trucks is established,and then the expressions of the responses of the entire vehicle system are obtained through the energy method.Secondly,based on the parameterized vehicle vibration model,an orthogonal optimization scheme is proposed,and the influence of the spring stiffness of the front and rear suspension of the cab and the impact of the shock absorber damping test factors are analyzed by the range analysis method.Finally,the comfort simulation algorithm is programmed through MATLAB software,and the C-level road is taken as the object and substituted into the dynamic equation of the vehicle system to evaluate the comfort of the heavy-duty truck.The research results show that the front and rear suspension of the cab can effectively attenuate the impact of vibration from the road surface.Through the comparative analysis of two orthogonal optimization schemes,the influence of the interaction of multiple factors on comfort is confirmed,and the current setting level conditions are determined The primary and secondary relationship and the best combination of each test factor under.At the same time,by combining the response results of the vehicle system,the comfort of heavy-duty trucks under specific operating conditions is evaluated.The research results have certain reference value for the related optimization and comfort performance evaluation of the heavy truck cab.
