Hybrid masonry-concrete structure is a kind of structure in which longitude-cross masonry walls are used in upper stories while RC(Rebar-Concrete)frame-shear walls are used in bottom stories as load-bearing components.This kind of structure has a large space in the bottom story for commercial use,and more spatial divisions in the upper story for living use.Due to its low construction price and strong use function,it is widely distributed in urban areas of China.Due to the different structure forms of the bottom story and the upper story,the weak stories were severely damaged under the earthquake action.However,there are still some deficiencies in the relevant research,such as the overall representative of the research on seismic capacity of this kind of structure is not strong.In this article,some typical hybrid masonry-concrete structure models are designed,and their failure modes are studied.Their seismic performances are also evaluated through the seismic vulnerability analysis method based on IDA.The research results can provide the data basis and reference for earthquake damage prediction,earthquake risk assessment,disaster prevention planning,and rapid damage assessment et.al.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The seismic damage phenomenon of hybrid masonry-concrete structure is summarized.the causes of different failure types are analyzed and some suggestions to improve its seismic performance are given.(2)Nonlinear analysis of the hybrid masonry-concrete structure is one of the main methods to study the vulnerability.In order to meet the accuracy and efficiency of largescale nonlinear analysis.The one-dimensional shear model is used as the simplified model of the structure.Takeda hysteresis model and hysteresis model considering the influence of constructional column are adopted in the bottom story and upper story respectively,and the calculation method of the parameters is given.Then,the IDA method considering the uncertainty of ground motion is used to analyze the vulnerability of hybrid masonryconcrete structure.(3)According to the design regulations of hybrid masonry-concrete structure in GBJ11-89 and GB50011-2001 and design data of bottom frame masonry structure.The hybrid masonry-concrete structure is classified and partitioned and 16 representative models are designed,including six three story structure with six,seven,eight degrees' fortified intensity and four six story structure with six,seven degrees' fortified intensity and six five story structure with six,seven,eight degrees' fortified intensity.(4)IDA method is used to analyze the seismic vulnerability of the calculation example.The failure form of the structure is analyzed.It is found that the weak story of this kind of structure appears in the masonry transition layer.By analyzing the seismic vulnerability curve and seismic damage matrix,it is worth noting that the seismic performance of this kind of structure is improved by strengthening the structural measures of transition story in GB50011-2001.
