Performance appraisal is to use relevant standards to evaluate employees’ behavior and performance in enterprises,and scientifically use the evaluation results to achieve the process and method of guiding employees’ behaviors.Performance assessment is an important aspect of modern enterprise management and an important method to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve work efficiency and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Forging industry as a cutting-edge machinery manufacturing process,is a technology intensive and labor-intensive nature of the industry,through the rational use of scientific performance appraisal and examination results,can fully mobilize the various personnel actively and creatively,and on the basis of quality,improve the production efficiency and the competitiveness of enterprises.But in practice,the enterprise staff performance appraisal,mostly using traditional assessment method,comprehensive evaluation of science that it is difficult for the employee’s behavior and contribution to the enterprise,it is difficult to give full play to the polarity of each employee,finally also restricts the overall development of enterprises.This research takes the R forging business unit performance evaluation as the research object,in the system of R company,forging division each job performance evaluation status,especially based on existing problems,put forward suggestions on optimizing the actual employee performance appraisal system of R company and the specific implementation of the forging division.Can be divided into five parts:first,introduction,mainly is the research purpose and significance and research method of this study;two,and on the basis of the theory,mainly introduces several modern performance appraisal and performance appraisal methods;three,R forging division personnel performance appraisal situation,focus on analysis of the problems and the reasons there;four,strengthen personnel forging division R company performance put forward a new design;five,personnel forging division R company performance appraisal implementation recommendations;six,the conclusion of the study.
